Details: NEW! Bellydance classes in the Golden Valley with JWAAD tutor Abbie Mason (Alanya). Improve your flexibility, core strength and self-confidence with this fun, feminine dance form suitable for all ages (14+), sizes and fitness levels. A regular weekly class will follow if there is enough interest.
Further information: Abbie holds a Diploma in Teaching Arabic Dance from JWAAD (Josephine Wise Academy of Arabic Dance) and combines a fun environment with sound technique. A firm believer in the therapeutic properties of dance, Abbie creates a safe and supportive atmosphere for women to express themselves through this sensual art form. St Peter's Centre is a newly furbished community church with heated flooring which offers a warm and welcoming dance space.
