Details: This Tribal Belly Dance Retreat takes place in Portugal, near Lisbon. It is a very intimate retreat as it allows only between 3 and 7 participants at a time for each week. Tribal Yin Belly Dance is a ritual that involves liberating and channelling the feminine energy and connecting it with nature.
This retreat is open to all levels and no previous training in Tribal belly dance or any type of dance is required. During the retreat you will warm up and do some breathing exercises, including some yoga asanas and body consciousness and learn some belly dance technique. During the second part of every session, you will focus on the Tribal Yin Belly Dance ritual.
