The Very Best of Amr Diab
(Original release date 11th December 2001_ - The very best of Amr Diab is a collection of some of the best success from this Egyptian singer. Some songs in this CD have Mediterranean sounds, fusing Egyptian character with some Spanish influence, for example. Other songs are more traditionally Egyptian with a stronger baladi accent. Overall, this is a very pleasant CD.
Shik Shak Shok by Hassan Abou el Seoud
(Original release date 4th September 2007) - This is a classic by the Egyptian composer and accordion player Hassan Abou el Seoud and a must have for all those belly dancers who like Egyptian style. The songs in this CD
are quite traditional in a way, with a lot of Egyptian rhythms, especially baladi. On the other hand, Shik Shak Shok is innovative at the same time, thanks to the use of the accordion which gives most songs a unique warmth and feeling.
Lela by Hakim
(Original release date 18th July 2006) - A very good CD to have if you like Egyptian Shaabi. Hakim is one of the most popular contemporary pop Egyptian musicians and this CD contains some famous songs, including some live performances where Hakim sings with James Brown and Stevie Wonder.

(Original release date 24th June 2003) - This is a classical Egyptian dance CD from a master of Egyptian music, Hossam Ramzy, is perfect for raqs sharqi performances.
