After an easy all over body warm-up, enjoy a fun approach to belly dancing that is aimed at women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Taking place in a friendly situation and with iek minded people, this is a great chance to get fit and healthy and meet others and learn an ancient art form.which originates from thousands of years ago in North Africa and other regions. Each class provides:
- A fun approach to oriental belly dance.
- Basic steps and simple choreography.
- Beginners guide to music with CD available.
- Class length is 1 hour including warm-up/cool-down period. Comfy clothes and either clean trainers or bare feet recommended.
