Other additional information: This class is aimed at those who want an alternative to a fitness class at the gym - come and shimmy away your stresses and learn middle eastern dancing in its simplest form, whilst also working out and improving flexibility, co-ordination and self confidence!
Interesting information: I love to belly dance, it is a great way to express yourself and enjoy a dance class with women of all ages, shapes / sizes and abilities - the main aim is to enjoy it! I have the JWAAD foundation level certificate; I am fully insured and combine a variety of combinations, technique, choreography and class interaction to keep classes fresh and fun!
